
Cindy B
Meet the co-founder of Pedal! Cindy wanted to get out of the corporate world and the soul sucking commute, so her and her sister-in-law dreamed up Pedal! Teaching is therapy for Cindy and allows her to get out of her own head and inspire people to move. She never found a workout she didn’t grow tired or bored of until she found spin. Her riders are her ultimate inspiration because they show up and give 100%! If you ask Cindy, she will describe her classes as a cross between a therapy session and a comedy show - she never takes herself too seriously and encourages everyone to give it all they’ve got!

Ani I
Ani is one of the few Pedal Originals - meaning she has been with us since day 1! Being a coach gives Ani a platform that allows her to inspire and motivate others through their own obstacles. Ani battled bulimia from the age of 7 until she was 21 and and has used fitness as her outlet to overcome every obstacle she faces. During class she loves rocking out to the 80’s and absolutely loves Prince! Her classes will leave you breathless and satisfied after a fun flow of rhythm and intervals. She always has a plan for you and is sure to give you result driven training! On top of teaching various spin, strength, and TRX classes, Ani can also be found running around in the school playground with the children in her classroom.

Leo
Leo teaches boxing and spin classes and has been with the Pedal family since 2018. Some classic songs for him include Boom (Mr. Black Remix) and Cerebral. He describes his classes much like a cycle class that is sure to get you sweating. Fun fact - Leo is also a pilot and loves being out in the air and sun!

Annette
Annette Ricchiazzi is a certified group fitness instructor, spinning teacher, H2O Fitness instructor and avid outdoor cyclist. In addition to teaching at Pedal, she teaches group fitness at Breakthru Fitness, H2O Fitness at Gerrish Swim & Tennis Club, outdoor bootcamp, and provides private personal training. She also coaches a middle school cross-country and track team with over 110 runners (three of whom are her own kids!) Her other day-job is as an acting coach for young actors at LaLa Casting Studio in Los Feliz, and the Drama teacher and speech & debate coach at St. Bede School in La Canada.Through all her teaching, she stresses creating goals and actively setting out to accomplish them. She is constantly inspired by everyday athletes- young and not-so-young- reaching their goals and making their lives better through building strength, stamina, confidence and overall fitness. Her mantra is “It IS NOT easy. But you left “easy” at home when you decided to come to class!” Annette shares the Nike philosophy- “Just Do It”. So come join her class and enjoy “doing it” together at Pedal!
